Poynton Show

1000’s of people visited the Poynton Show last August, making it one of the biggest horticulture and agricultural shows in the North West. Many come back year after year to experience the show and its many attractions, food market, craft stalls, stands, live music, fairground and competitive sections making it an amazing family day out. Show Health and Safety

The Society will comply with all relevant legislation and follow best practice on Health and safety

Dogs at Poynton Show

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Poynton Show, please note they must be kept on a lead at all times and may not be allowed inside tents with small livestock and food

Miscellaneous

FIRST AID

We have first aid personnel patrolling the Show Ground, and a first aid tent near the Show Office,.

LOST PEOPLE

The Show Office can help, and nearby there are First Aid and WI tents to assist.

LOST PROPERTY

Please take lost property to the Show office on the Show Ground.

TOILET

Toilet facilities will be provided throughout the showground

How to Find Us

Poynton is situated 11 miles south-southeast of Manchester, 7 miles north of Macclesfield, and 5 miles south of Stockport.

Getting There

Poynton Show ground is a short, level walk from Poynton Town centre or a 10 minute walk from Poynton Rail Station

Accommodation

There are a variety of independent B&Bs and hotels in Poynton, as well as a Travel Lodge a short drive from the showground.
